Job Summary
Oversee nursing operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while assisting in developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures. Supervise and mentor nursing staff, conduct training and evaluations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes. Address and resolve resident or family concerns related to care delivery. Requires a registered nurse with at least two years of supervisory experience in a long-term care facility. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a long-term care, hospital, or related healthcare facility
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to skilled nursing care
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
