Job Summary
Direct licensed and non-licensed staff to ensure high-quality resident care while serving as the acting Director of Nursing in their absence. Oversee occupational health functions including infection control, injury management, and safety programs by conducting surveillance, maintaining records, and evaluating incident reports. Coordinate orientation, training, competency evaluations, and in-house education to promote staff development. Support safety initiatives, participate in policy development, assist with resident and family engagement, and provide nursing care when needed. Uphold confidentiality standards, foster an inclusive workplace, ensure compliance with MDH regulations, and drive continuous quality improvement. This role supports the Director of Nursing within Monarch Healthcare Management's network of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities across Minnesota.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensed in Minnesota
