Job Summary
Manage floor nurses and nursing managers while collaborating with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality care and outstanding customer service for patients and families. Build strong employee relationships, attract and retain top talent, and supervise existing team members through career coaching. Requires a licensed RN with three years of nursing experience, one year in long-term care, and one year of supervisory experience. Required Qualifications
