Job Summary
Support and carry out the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with physician orders and total resident needs. Provide 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services in partnership with the Director of Nursing to maintain quality standards aligned with Federal, State, and company regulations. Assume full responsibility for clinical operations in the absence of the Director of Nursing. This role requires a currently licensed RN with a passion for working with seniors and prior experience in a long-term care setting. Tutera Senior Living & Health Care offers a salary range of $85,000 to $95,000, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a RN in the state in which you are practicing
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school preferred
- Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
- Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role preferred
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
