Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON, RN)

Coordinate with the Director of Nursing to select, retain, and lead the clinical team while assisting in planning and overseeing daily nursing service functions. Implement the clinical staffing model and perform administrative duties including completing medical forms, reports, audits, and evaluations. Participate in the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement program and prepare for facility surveys and accreditation inspections conducted by regulatory agencies. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local standards to ensure high-quality resident care. Requires a current, valid state RN license and CPR certification, with an Associate or advanced nursing degree.
