Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – RN or LPN

Assist the Director of Nursing with planning, organizing, and directing nursing services while supervising staff to ensure quality resident care. Monitor clinical operations and regulatory compliance, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions. Participate in staff education, coaching, and performance management, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomes. Make independent clinical judgments as needed and perform other duties assigned by the Administrator and Director of Nursing. This full-time, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary of $80,000 for LPNs or $90,000 for RNs, plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
