Job Summary
Assist the Director of Nursing in organizing, directing, and overseeing resident care while ensuring compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations. Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, and lead a team of caring professionals to provide exceptional senior care. Solve complex issues collaboratively and communicate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers. Maintain a Registered Nursing or Licensed Practical Nursing license throughout employment. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain throughout employment a Registered Nursing or Licensed Practical Nursing license issued by the State Board of Nursing

- Strong ability to problem solve and communicate complex issues
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Nursing experience (assisted living, elderly care, long term care, hospice, and/or memory care)
