Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON-RN)

Coordinate resident care through departmental and staff committee meetings while ensuring staffing meets State and Federal requirements. Guide the nursing department in adherence to all regulations, evaluate personnel for disciplinary action per HCF policy, and assume responsibility for Infection Control duties. Maintain availability of nursing supplies and equipment while evaluating overall delivery of resident care and ensuring your own professional competence. This role supports the Director of Nursing in maintaining resident standards of care and ensuring each resident functions at their highest level within our organization.
