Job Summary
Guide clinical matters, training, and education while assisting the Director of Nursing in leading the nursing team. Develop, implement, and modify policies and procedures, then conduct system reviews to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and effective clinical practices. This full-time, M-F role includes an on-call rotation and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. As an Accura HealthCare community leader, you will support our mission to be partners in care and family for life within a 75-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Aberdeen, SD.
Required Qualifications
- Hold current Registered Nurse (RN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license.
- Demonstrates leadership ability.
