Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON RN)

Plan, organize, develop, manage, and direct the day-to-day functions of the SNF Nursing Service Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing, Administrator, and Medical Director to maintain the highest quality of care for residents while adhering to health, sanitary, and infection control policies. Ensure all practices align with facility administration standards and Nursing Policies and Procedures. This role supports the Director of Nursing within a stable management team committed to staff development and customer service excellence.
