Job Summary
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) role in Prescott, WI seeking an RN with Wisconsin license to assist with the management of the nursing department, support discharge procedures, ensure accurate charting and documentation, and collaborate to maintain clinical excellence and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include assisting with nursing department management, supporting discharge planning, reviewing charting, and promoting a positive environment for residents and staff. Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in Wisconsin
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience
- Wound Care Certified (Preferred)
- Infection Preventionist Certified with CDC (Preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and dependable attendance
