Job Summary
RN in Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) role supporting the Director of Nursing to plan, organize, develop, and direct the Nursing Services department to ensure high-quality patient care in accordance with laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Responsibilities include assisting with planning and evaluating nursing services, interviewing, hiring, training, and supervising nursing staff, overseeing infection control, and performing direct nursing care as needed. Maintain confidentiality, uphold compliance with company policies, and demonstrate professionalism and communication within an interdisciplinary team. Requires active RN license, ASN or BSN, CPR, and preferred geriatric/post-acute care experience; responsibilities occur in a full-time capacity in Federal Way, WA.
Required Qualifications
- ASN or BSN from accredited college or university
- Currently licensed/registered RN
- CPR certification required
- Two (2) years' geriatric nursing experience preferred
