Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Conduct accurate resident assessments and re-assessments per policy and regulatory standards while acting as the primary contact for residents and families. Assist with nursing policy maintenance, staff recruitment, interviewing, hiring, training, and corrective action, including evaluating job performance and reviewing peer evaluations. Provide direction to the Quality Assurance Program, conduct regular staff meetings, and supervise medical records and census reports. Maintain budgetary control of supply inventory and track licensure and certifications. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing regarding resident concerns or condition changes. Full-time day shift with occasional weekends and holidays; active RN licensure and one-year supervisory experience in geriatric or long-term care required.
