Job Summary
Oversee the nursing department and support the Director of Nursing in ensuring the highest standards of care for residents. Manage nursing staff and implement policies and procedures to enhance quality outcomes. This role requires an experienced LVN or RN with strong leadership abilities. Schedule is mostly Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with exceptions and an on-call rotation.
