Job Summary
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – LPN leading clinical operations under the Director of Nursing. Responsibilities include applying nursing knowledge to guide clinical matters, providing training and education, developing, implementing, and modifying policies and procedures, and conducting system reviews to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and high-quality care. Requires an active LPN license, leadership capability, and the ability to perform essential functions. Mon–Fri day shift with on-call rotation; comprehensive benefits available for full-time staff.
Required Qualifications
- Hold current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain state-specific license
- Demonstrates leadership ability
- Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation
