Job Summary
Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing overall nursing department operations. Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. Lead and mentor nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care while supporting their professional development. Collaborate with department leaders on quality improvement initiatives and participate in hospital-wide committees. Provide education and training to staff on policies, procedures, and regulations.
