Job Summary
Assist Director of Nursing in overseeing the nursing department, mentoring staff, and coordinating care delivery. Responsible for supervising staff, developing and implementing individualized plans of care with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring compliance with licensure, infection control, and state/federal regulations. Requires active RN license (WI or reciprocity), at least 2 years in long-term care or skilled nursing with infection control knowledge, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. This is a full-time, on-site role in Lake Geneva, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin (required) or licensed in any U.S state and be eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity
- At least 2 years experience in long-term care or skilled nursing experience plus sufficient infection control knowledge responsibilities
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire clinical teams
- Must be English literate and Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- CPR certified
- Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements
