Job Summary
ADON will oversee training, scheduling, and guiding the clinical team to deliver exceptional care experiences. Responsibilities include conducting initial and wellness assessments, developing individualized care plans, delivering health promotion and disease prevention education, engaging with residents, families, and physicians, contributing to quality assurance and performance improvement, and ensuring confidentiality. Requires LPN licensure and supervisory experience; strong communication and interpersonal skills; preferred experience in senior/supportive living. Location is Indianapolis, IN.
Required Qualifications
- Holds valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Prior senior/supportive living experience strongly preferred
