Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON

Support staffing needs by assisting floor coverage when required. Oversee resident care through MDS, care planning, performance improvement, and infection control programs. Manage nursing staff by hiring, training, evaluating, assigning, and delegating duties based on census and budget needs. Ensure accurate documentation by reviewing and maintaining up-to-date resident records. Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, nursing teams, and consultants. Support staff resources by ensuring timely access to equipment and supplies. Uphold infection control through assessments and implementation of effective measures. Requires a licensed nurse with geriatric or long-term care experience and strong leadership skills.
