Job Summary
Oversee daily nursing operations and staff management while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality care delivery. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance guidance to nursing team members, including scheduling, staff development, and in-service education. Participate in quality assurance, performance improvement, and infection prevention initiatives. Assume full leadership responsibilities in the Director's absence. Maintain a resident-centered culture focused on compassionate outcomes. Requires current Pennsylvania RN or LPN license and supervisory experience in skilled nursing. Located in Myerstown, PA with competitive salary, PTO, and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania RN or LPN license
- Strong knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations
