Assistant Director of Nursing ( ADON )

Plan, organize, and implement on-going education and in-service staff in accordance with company policy, local, and federal regulations. Interview, recommend, hire, and train employees, while assigning and directing their work during training. Assist with administering TB, Influenza, and Hepatitis B vaccinations, interpreting drug test results, and tracking attendance for certification requirements. Oversee nursing services in the absence of the Director of Nursing. This role supports Pleasant Hills Community Living Center's mission to reconnect people to life through compassionate, personalized care. The team focuses on maximizing resident quality of life and promoting purposeful living in a welcoming environment.
