Job Summary
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Christian Living Communities / Cappella Living Solutions in Clermont Park leads the clinical team, mentors staff, and ensures high-quality care through assessments, education, and adherence to regulatory standards. The role partners with the Director of Nursing, supports quality improvement initiatives, and maintains a visible, resident-centered presence on the floor while supporting Eden Alternative philosophies and person-directed care.

- Basic Qualifications & Experience
- Registered Nurse in good standing in the state of operation, long-term care experience preferred.
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
- 1 – 3 years experience as an LPN/RN.
- 1 – 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- 1 year of experience in educating and/or training adult learners.
- Expertise in PPS, MDS, OBRA and OSHA requirements preferred.
- Must be knowledgeable of state and federal laws and regulations for skilled nursing facility operation in the State of operation.
