Job Summary
Coordinate and direct total nursing service planning while assisting the DNS with management and quality of care maintenance. Conduct weekly wound/skin rounds, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate medical records for all residents. Oversee daily staffing processes, manage infection control protocols, and assist with hiring, interviewing, and orienting new nursing staff. Maintain flexibility to address unpredictable needs and meet medical requirements for all residents. Requires 24-hour on-call rotation and current State RN license.
Required Qualifications
- Current State RN license
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care settings
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Flexible hours
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of management experience
- 1-year staff education experience
