Job Summary
Oversee nursing operations across multiple outpatient and residential treatment programs while partnering with the Director of Nursing. Provide leadership to Nurse Managers, Registered Nurses, and Licensed Practical Nurses, driving recruitment, onboarding, retention, and development initiatives. Monitor patient outcomes, support regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness, and develop clinical policies and best practices in addiction medicine. Deliver clinical coaching and education on patient safety and behavioral health standards. Occasionally support early morning operations and travel between sites to ensure operational excellence across the expanding network.
Required Qualifications
- Active North Carolina RN license or Compact RN license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Nursing management experience
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Experience within addiction medicine, substance use treatment, behavioral health, or medication-assisted treatment programs
- Experience supporting multi-site healthcare operations
- Experience with regulatory readiness, accreditation, and quality improvement initiatives
