Job Summary
The Assistant Director of Nursing will assist in the administration, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the ADN program at ECPI University. Responsibilities include leading ADN Nursing faculty, coordinating faculty orientation and mentoring, facilitating program communication, and assisting in clinical coordination. Candidates must be a registered nurse with a Master's degree in Nursing, possess a current Virginia license, and have at least five years of nursing experience, with management experience preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited school
- Current license in the state of Virginia
- Two years management experience
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a nursing specialty setting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
