Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee nursing unit care as Assistant Director of Nursing; manage staff scheduling, admissions/transfers/discharges, and on-call coverage; maintain compliant documentation in PCC & Yardi; conduct chart and log audits; collaborate with providers, monitor falls, infection control, and medication delivery, and provide staff in-service and education; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred with RN licensure and 1-3+ years direct resident-care experience; strong coordination, leadership, and computer skills to support Senior Lifestyle standards.
Required Qualifications
- RN licensure
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Nursing
- 1-3+ years direct resident care experience
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) and Yardi EMR
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to supervise and provide staff education
- Experience in admissions, transfers, discharges
- Knowledge of falls/infection control/skin issues/medication delivery safety
