Job Summary
Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in day-to-day nursing activities, ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed, and direct the Nursing Service Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. Lead a team within a 94-bed long-term care facility to provide high-quality elder care, support multidisciplinary care, and drive compliance with regulations. Requires an RN license, with a preference for an associate or bachelor’s degree, and at least three years of nursing experience including one year in management. Includes a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and comprehensive benefits. Work location is at Templeton, MA and Baldwinville, MA with in-person duties.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited RN program required
- One year of long-term or sub-acute care preferred
- Three years of nursing experience with one year of management experience required
