Job Summary
Assistant Director of Maintenance Services responsible for assisting the Director in overseeing the Maintenance Department to ensure facilities are maintained safely and in compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of supervisory maintenance/plant experience, and knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, as well as ability to read blueprints and apply building codes and safety regs.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Must have, as a minimum, 3 year(s) experience in a supervisory capacity, in a maintenance/plant related position.
- Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
