Job Summary
Assistant Director of Human Resources at Q Center responsible for total rewards and engagement strategies, benefits programs, Open Enrollment leadership, compliance (ACA/COBRA/FMLA/ADA), and HR operations. Leads the HR team, partners with department heads to enhance associate experience and retention, and drives cost-effective, data-informed total rewards solutions. On-site role in St. Charles, IL with a 45-hour workweek and exempt status. Emphasis on strategy and execution across benefits, compensation, vendor management, reporting, and process improvement to support an inclusive, high-performing workplace.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4+ years of progressive HR experience in a full-service hotel, resort, or comparable hospitality environment
- Prior leadership experience in benefits, leave management, compensation, or employee engagement
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local employment and benefits regulations
