Job Summary

Lead the day-to-day operations of the HR Department by overseeing employee investigations, optimizing HR Information Systems, and administering employee benefits programs. Direct the development and continuous improvement of HR policies to ensure compliance with employment laws while advising staff on collective bargaining agreements. Manage the Jonathan Club Scholarship Fund and provide strategic guidance to the Director of HR on operational excellence and service delivery. Visit the Beach Club in Santa Monica as needed for the Manager on Duty program. Maintain current knowledge of industry trends through professional development and deliver actionable reports based on HR data analysis.
