Job Summary
Assistant Director of Health and Wellness, LPN oversees day-to-day health and wellness functions, including resident care and personnel, acts as nursing representative to licensing agencies in the absence of the DH&W, ensures adherence to Policies and Procedures and regulatory standards, supervises nursing staff and coordinates training, assists in policy development with administration and ED, supports admissions assessments for eligibility, collaborates with marketing on community tours, and participates in Manager on Duty rotations. Leadership experience in a healthcare or senior living setting and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) are required; CPR certification is required or willingness to obtain.
Required Qualifications
- Must be an LPN of the state.
- Must be CPR certified or willing to become certified.
- Must have supervisory experience in a healthcare / senior living community.
