Job Summary
Lead graduate and online/international recruitment strategy for Tarleton State University, overseeing a dedicated graduate recruitment team and coordinating outreach across multiple campuses (Stephenville and Fort Worth) and online channels. Manage event planning, partnerships with employers and community organizations, CRM utilization (Salesforce, Capture Higher Ed, Mogli), data-driven recruitment analytics, and cross-team collaboration to drive inquiry generation and enrollment growth. Requires a Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) and at least six years of recruitment-related experience with leadership responsibilities; travel up to 20–30% and regular evening/weekend recruitment support. On-campus and virtual recruitment across multiple campuses with a primary presence in Stephenville and Fort Worth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in public relations, marketing, education, communication, or related field
- Six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in recruitment, sales, marketing, event management, or enrollment management including at least three (3) years in a leadership or supervisory role
