Job Summary
Lead graduate and global recruitment strategies across graduate, online, and international programs. Manage a dedicated team, drive outreach, events, and partnerships, and oversee day-to-day operations across Stephenville and Fort Worth campuses with 20–30% travel and regular evening/weekend recruitment events. Drive yield through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, CRM utilization, and cross-campus collaboration to increase inquiries and applications for graduate programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, education, communication, or a related field
- Six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in recruitment, sales, marketing, event management, or enrollment management including at least three (3) years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of graduate recruitment, enrollment management or related field
- Demonstrated leadership/supervisory experience
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytic skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Capture Higher Ed, Mogli) and data-driven recruitment strategies
