Job Summary
Oversee gift processing and accounting across gifts, pledges, and matching gifts; design and implement gift-management policies and procedures; ensure compliance with IRS, CASE, PCI DSS, USNH rules; supervise Gift & Data Management staff; coordinate audits with internal/external teams; manage pledge fulfillment, reporting, and donor communications; drive improvements in data integrity, reporting, and online giving programs (e.g., BlackBaud/iModules); collaborate with Advancement Finance, HR, and campus partners to maintain accurate gift data and support revenue-generation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and three years of related experience, including one year of supervisory experience.
