Job Summary
Assist the Food Service Director with daily food service operations, meal service preparation, and labor management while ensuring all food safety regulations and sanitation standards are followed. Take a hands-on leadership approach by performing all roles and tasks within the food service department, including scheduling, recruitment, and kitchen staffing support. Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment to uphold high-quality dining experiences for residents.
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED/HSE
- Previous experience in dining leadership
- Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook or sous chef
