Assistant Director of Food Services

Assist the Food Service Director with daily food service operations, including meal service preparation, staffing, and labor management. Ensure all food service regulations, standards, and guidelines are followed while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Take a hands-on leadership approach by working any assignment in the kitchen as needed to support meal production. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED/HSE and previous experience in dining leadership or as a line cook, prep cook, or sous chef.
