Assistant Director of Food Services

Assist the Food Service Director with daily food service operations, including meal service preparation, staffing support, and labor management. Ensure all food service regulations, standards, and guidelines are followed while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Perform all roles and tasks within the food service department to uphold high-quality meal standards for residents. This position requires a high school diploma or GED/HSE, with previous dining leadership and line cook experience preferred.
