Assistant Director of Food Services

Assist the Food Service Director with daily food service operations, meal service preparation, and labor management while ensuring all food safety regulations and standards are followed. Perform all roles and tasks within the food service department, including hands-on leadership in kitchen staffing and production. Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment to support a positive dining experience for residents. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with previous experience in dining leadership, line cook, or sous chef positions preferred.
