Job Summary
Oversee daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, manage front-of-house staff including servers and bartenders, and develop staffing strategies and training programs. Implement standard operating policies, conduct monthly beverage inventory, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. Build relationships with members, execute creative programming such as themed evenings, and address guest concerns with professionalism. Serve as a visible leader in the Director's absence, mentoring teams and driving revenue growth. Partner closely with the Executive Chef and outlet management to maintain consistent service standards.

- Working knowledge of food safety regulations
- Working knowledge of alcohol licensing requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business, or a related field
- Equivalent experience that provides the required skills and knowledge
- Two or more years of bartender experience
- Proficiency in wine and beverage service etiquette
- Two or more years as a dining room manager
- Equivalent leadership experience
- Ability to grasp, lift, carry, or transport up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to walk frequently
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to perform the duties of this position while exposed to outside weather conditions
- Ability to express and exchange ideas clearly through the spoken word
- Ability to accurately and effectively communicate in busy environments

- Private club, resort, or fine dining experience
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to obtain ServSafe certification
- TIPS certification
- Ability to obtain TIPS certification
- Sommelier certification (Court of Master Sommeliers, WSET, or equivalent)
