Job Summary
Lead and drive leadership and management within the Food & Beverage division at Four Seasons Tokyo Marunouchi to deliver service excellence and sustain long-term growth and profitability. Plan, organize, direct, control and deliver F&B service across responsibilities while supervising employees and managers to achieve annual KPI goals. Foster professional relationships across departments, uphold Four Seasons standards, coach and develop staff, conduct regular meetings, recruit and attract future talent, and ensure brand DNA and quality are consistently met across operations. Collaborate with executive leadership to design menus, beverage offerings, and wine lists; coordinate with F&B marketing/sales to communicate promotions; oversee training and development programs; manage staffing, performance reviews, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards; drive proactive improvements in processes and guest experience while maintaining profitability. Lead by example, promote a culture of growth, openness, and professional conduct, and support cross-department initiatives to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
