Assistant Director of Food and Beverage

Provide leadership and direction to all Food and Beverage outlets and staff, including Restaurants, In Room Dining, and Beverage services. Monitor daily activities, verify operational policies, and ensure compliance with HACCP, OSHA, and regional Alcoholic Beverage Commission guidelines. Assist in developing the strategic plan covering budget administration, forecasting, and inventory control while managing outlet management team development. Create marketing and promotional opportunities to draw local clientele and research market trends to maintain guest satisfaction. Interview, select, train, and appraise employees, including annual performance evaluations and career planning for the Exhibit Hall team. Monitor attendance, conduct performance appraisals according to Standard Operating Procedures, and help direct supervisors achieve development goals. Comply with all corporate accounting procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
