Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance leadership role
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, month-end close processes, financial reporting, accruals, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash management, tax compliance, and audit coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
