Assistant Director of Facility Services

Assist the Director of Facilities across all organization buildings and sites while chairing the Safety Committee with input from the Risk Management Committee. Maintain current knowledge of IDPH, Life Safety Code, local, state, and federal fire codes, DHS regulations, and ISBE guidelines. Implement new regulations, interpretive guidelines, and corrective action plans related to cited deficiencies. Serve as the company Safety Officer and assist the Director or Facility Services as the organization's representative on construction projects. This full-time role at Marklund Hyde Center in Geneva, IL, includes a Monday-Friday, 8a-4p schedule and a salary of $70,000-$75,000.
