Job Summary
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing Brentwood School events across advancement, admissions, academic, arts, athletics, alumni, parent, trustee, donor, and community programs; collaborate with the Director of Events to ensure events reflect the School’s mission, standards of excellence, hospitality, and brand; manage logistics such as scheduling, room reservations, vendor communication, catering coordination, transportation, rentals, audiovisual needs, signage and guest management; maintain the master events calendar, coordinate staffing and space utilization across campus, and serve as on-site event lead or support during events; coordinate with internal departments and external vendors, monitor RSVPs, manage invitations and communications, and maintain contracts, invoices, budgets, and purchasing documentation; supervise temporary event staff and student workers; strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with flexibility to work evenings and weekends; vaccination for COVID-19 is strongly recommended; compensation range $70,000–$90,000 DOE with full-time 12-month schedule; Bachelor's degree is preferred and 3–5 years of relevant experience in event coordination or related fields is preferred.
