Job Summary
Assistant Director of Engineering role supporting the Director of Engineering in hotel and building maintenance across electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, painting and decorating; respond to inquiries and problems efficiently and courteously to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with Four Seasons policies; requires an Operating Engineer license and proficiency with blueprints, wiring diagrams, hydraulics, and MS Excel/Word; includes top-of-market pay, benefits, and opportunities for career growth within Four Seasons Hotel Boston and globally; work environment centers on hospitality excellence and proactive maintenance to ensure premium guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent experience
- 2 to 5 years of employment in the related position
- Current license as an Operating Engineer
- Knowledge of blue prints, wiring diagrams and hydraulics
- Computer proficiency with MS Excel and Word
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Flexible schedule with availability to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays
