Job Summary
Leadership-focused role driving pediatric clinical excellence and education across NY and CT offices. Oversees pediatric nursing teams, case management, regulatory compliance, QA/QAPI initiatives, staff development, and operational oversight. RequiresActive NY RN license, 5+ years pediatric home care management, strong regulatory knowledge, and hands-on pediatric nursing skills (ventilator, tracheostomy, G-tube/PEG care, IV therapy, wound care). Travel between White Plains, NY and Shelton, CT offices with occasional evenings/weekends; includes on-call coordination and collaboration with Scheduling, Compliance, and HR to ensure continuity of care and high patient satisfaction. Required Qualifications
- Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Minimum of 5 years of successful management experience in pediatric home care
- Proven experience supervising pediatric RNs and LPNs in a home care setting
- Strong knowledge of New York State pediatric home care regulations, compliance requirements, and quality standards
- Recent hands-on clinical experience with advanced pediatric nursing skills, including: Ventilator management, Tracheostomy care, G-tube and PEG tube care, IV infusion therapy, Wound care
