Job Summary
Assistant Director of Development at the Institute for Climate and Sustainable Growth leads fundraising and engagement initiatives, supports the Director of Development, manages prospect lists, develops materials (case statements, proposals, decks), coordinates donor communications, alumni engagement, stewardship activities, and planning/participation in events; collaborates across the University to identify prospects, track campaign priorities, and contribute to special appeals and giving day campaigns; required to work in a hybrid schedule with weekly in-office presence at Hyde Park, Chicago; prefers Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in fundraising or related field; strong communication, data management (CRM/Donor Relationship Management), and event coordination skills.

- Minimum Qualifications Education: college or university degree. Work Experience: 2-5 years in related field.
