Job Summary
Assistant Director of Collegiate Experience (ADCE) with AOII leads collaboration across the Collegiate Experience team to support assigned chapters, networks, and volunteers. The role focuses on advancing chapter functionality and success from chartering through a developmental period of three to five years, emphasizing customer service, stakeholder engagement, data analysis on recruitment, retention, academics, and involvement, and partnership with network teams to implement chapter action plans, monitor progress, and train volunteers. Responsibilities include managing relationships with chapter officers, advisors, HQ staff, and volunteers; contributing to chapter health and performance via the Inspire Chapter Performance Program; assisting with budget oversight; and coordinating with NPC Delegation and foundations for leadership development opportunities. Demonstrated skills include active listening, interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence, independent work, prioritization, confidentiality, and effective training/facilitation. Working conditions include an office setting in Brentwood, TN, with remote-work capability and evening/weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to effectively read, write, and speak the English language
- Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Must be able to work evening and weekend functions as necessary
- Must be willing and able to travel
- Membership in a Fraternity/Sorority preferred
- Three years of relevant experience preferred
