Job Summary
This role involves assisting the Director of Clinical Services in overseeing clinical program development at QSAC Day Habilitation and Supplemental Day Programs, ensuring safety and welfare of individuals, and managing Behavior Intervention Specialists. Responsibilities include developing training programs, reviewing clinical documentation, facilitating meetings, and ensuring quality of care. A Master's degree in a relevant field and a BCBA or BCBA candidate status are required, along with two years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- A Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- BCBA or BCBA candidate required
- Minimum of two years’ experience either working directly with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and/or adults with intellectual & psychiatric disorders or supervising Behavior Intervention Specialists, lead teachers, supervisors, consultants and/or equivalent position
- Clearance through state mandated Background/Fingerprint Check(s)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders
- Knowledge and experience in the development of data-based curriculum goals
- Knowledge and experience conducting parent/family/caregiver/staff training
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to run
- Ability to safely assist lifting individuals of various weights & 20 lb. items
