Job Summary

The role leads Lad Lake’s Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program for older youth and young adults ages 5–23, providing strategic, operational, and clinical leadership. Responsibilities include directing CCS operations, supervising all CCS staff, ensuring trauma-informed and culturally responsive service delivery, maintaining compliance with CCS standards and Medicaid requirements, overseeing clinical records and documentation, monitoring performance via dashboards and KPIs, and representing the program externally through partnerships and community engagement. The position also emphasizes program development, quality improvement, staffing development, and fiscal/operational sustainability, with a focus on outcomes, accountability, and stakeholder collaboration.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field required
  • Current Wisconsin licensure required (LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience working in behavioral health, youth services, or community-based mental health required
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or program management experience preferred
  • Experience overseeing program operations, compliance, and service delivery preferred
  • Experience utilizing data, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor program effectiveness and improve outcomes preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively supervise, coach, and develop employees
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, youth, families, community partners, and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and operational demands simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and utilize metrics to drive accountability and program improvement
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across teams
